1. Objet

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products on the website www.creasew.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) to its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

This website is owned and operated by CreaSew.

By using this site, you indicate that you have read and understood the terms of use and agree to comply with them at all times.

2. Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on this site is the property of CreaSew. This includes, but is not limited to, images, texts, logos, documents, downloadable files, and everything that contributes to the composition of this site.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are handmade clothing and accessories made from recycled (upcycled) materials or surplus stock. The main characteristics of the products are presented on each product page. The Client is required to read this information before placing an order.

4. Orders

The Client can place an order online via the website www.creasew.com. The ordering process consists of the following steps:

• Selection of products and adding them to the cart.
• Reviewing the cart’s content and making any necessary changes.
• Client identification (logging into their account or creating an account).
• Choosing the delivery method.
• Choosing the payment method and paying for the order. The Client will then receive an order confirmation email. The order will be processed after payment is received.
  
  
  
  

5. Price

The prices of the products are indicated in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to apply any new taxes or rate increases. Delivery costs are not included in the product prices and are charged additionally. The total order amount, including delivery fees, is indicated before the order is confirmed.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for the products is made online at the time of the order via credit card, bank transfer, Stripe, or any other payment method accepted by the Seller. Payment is secure, and the Client’s payment information is handled confidentially.

7. Shipping

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client during the order process. Delivery times are indicated on the carrier’s website (Mondial Relay, Homerr, BPost, Tisak, etc.) and may vary depending on the destination and the availability of the products. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to provide a valid email address and shipping address for the order.

The Seller strives to meet these delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond their control.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The Client has 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reasons or pay any penalties. The Client must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw by email at contact@creasew.com and return the products at their own expense. After reviewing the returned product, the Client will be offered an exchange, a credit note, or a refund.

9. Warranty

The products sold by the Seller are guaranteed to conform to the specifications described on the website www.creasew.com. In the event of non-conformity, the Client may request a replacement or a refund of the defective product.

10. Protection of Personal Data

The Seller collects and processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, available here.

11. Disputes

In case of a dispute, the parties will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the competent courts will be those of the location of the Seller’s registered office.

12. Governing Law

These GTC are governed by Croatian law and aim to comply with its necessary rules and regulations. This includes the regulations set out at the European Union level in the GDPR.

13. Modifications

The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Conditions. We recommend that our Clients check these terms and conditions from time to time to ensure they are informed of any updates.
